Rob Scarpati, owner of Sparrow Tattoo and Nassau Permanent Makeup Center, is a veteran when it comes to his skill as a tattoo and permanent makeup artist. With over 15 years of tattooing history, and almost 10 years doing permanent makeup, he strides on making each and every experience the best a customer can possibly endure. Getting tattooed on your face, or even near your eyes, can be very nerve wracking to the client. Rob is great at giving each client an informative incentive for their procedure.
