For a long time I had wanted to get permanent eyeliner. I had researched many places and decided on LI Permanent Makeup Center. I was extremely nervous when I met Rob. I will say that he is the kindest person and set my fears at ease. He was remarkable in making sure I did not feel any pain. I wont lie it was a bit of a discomfort but not painful. The process was two fold. I had my first appointment and he did the eyeliner (top and bottom). he asked that I come back a week later to see how I was healing. And the final touch ups were a month after the initial process. I was touched by his care and how professional he is. I have a new go to person for any makeup procedures or tattoos I may want.
